Artu’s Can Terrades lodge hosted VIP clients and EF Coaching - the renowned cycling experts - as part of a luxury training camp linked to the Tour Catalonia.

Guests had a unique experience of being coached by a WorldTour cycling team to improve performance, mindset and fitness. Professionals at the top of the field took guests under their wings for an intensive training camp. Some of the biggest names in cycling were on hand to teach their hard-learned lessons on training, nutrition and technique. 

Each guest had a different goal - whether that meant improving their technique on the bike, breaking a Strava record, completing an endurance test or learning how to overcome mental barriers - and benefitted from one-on-one coaching during the camp. 

This wealth of knowledge can’t be found outside the EF Coaching team, and Artu was proud to provide the facilities needed. Guests and trainers had access to the best cycling in Spain, Artu’s in-house chefs and nutritionists as well as the spa, gym, grounds and rooms of the house.
