The Wales Racing Academy, sponsored by Geraint Thomas, spent ten days at Artu’s flagship Can Terrades lodge in February 2020 under an intensive training regime, to arrive at that year’s Commonwealth Games in peak mental and physical health.

The team benefited from a world class training environment unlike any other. They undertook some of the most challenging cycle climbs in the Pyrenees, while recovering under the guardianship of our spa staff and refuelling with the nutritionally-dense locally sourced food cooked by our private chefs. Artu was immensely proud that the team went on to have the best record in history with seven cycling medals at the Commonwealth Games.
